This outfit starts with a stretchy, form-fitting velour dress with and sublimated print that together promise a sleek, colorful look. Layers of plush fabrics turn the sleeves into wings and give the back a tail. Meanwhile, a soft-sculpted hood with a scalloped cowl neckline, embroidered facial features, and faux feather crown give fans Kevin’s familiar face and long neck. And a pair of black nylons offer a bit of leg coverage to complete the costume.
