Why just watch a classy dog show when you can star in one? That’s what we asked ourselves last year, right before coming up with the best idea for a company event ever: The Bestminster Dog Costume Show! Here’s what happened: we were looking for a good, company-wide team builder. So we picked out all our favorite dog costumes, found employees to volunteer to wear them, selected judges, and gathered everyone else in the audience. The “dogs” strutted, did tricks, and won trophies and prizes . It was hilarious, it was fun, and now it’s an annual event. We don’t know why it took us so long to think of it!
And we really want to see our brainchild blossom ’round the globe.
