The mask is officially licensed from the Demon Slayer anime series and molded to match Inosuke’s signature look gray textured boar head, pink snout and inner ears, and that one wild blue eye staring out at the world with zero chill. It fits over the head and sits on the shoulders.
Small slits near the eyes give you limited vision, and holes along the sides and nose allow airflow. Visibility is modest, which honestly tracks for a character who fights with pure feral instinct rather than, say, careful observation.
