Description
These plastic party hats are good fun! You can tell a fedora by the lengthwise crease down the crown and pinched in the front on both sides. They are sometimes associated with prohibition-era gangsters and the detectives who sought to bring them to justice . Hollywood movies of the 1940s with private detectives, gangsters, or other “tough guy” roles also worse them, a related example being Humphrey Bogart’s character in Casablanca.
