Fred Jones has one job well, actually two. Figure out who’s behind the haunted amusement park scheme, and make sure his 60s style is on point. He’s never failed at either, mostly because nobody suspects the guy in the ascot of being competent. It works every time.

You don’t need a Mystery Machine or a talking dog to pull this look off. Just a signature blond wave, some sky-blue flares, and the confidence of a man who has never once questioned his own plan, even when it involved using Shaggy as bait.

Design & Details

The white long-sleeve shirt is made from a midweight jersey with a blue broadcloth collar, giving it that cartoon-accurate look without going full cosplay closet. The light blue double-knit polyester pants feature an elastic waist, and the orange ascot can be tied around the neck however works best for you.

The blond wig is shaped into Fred’s signature swept style and fits with an elastic cap for a comfortable, secure fit. The full set is officially licensed from Scooby-Doo, so every piece was designed to match the character you grew up watching pretend to be brave on Saturday mornings.

Trap Sprung, Ascot Tied

Get the whole group together, assign everyone their character, and make sure you’re the one calling the shots on where to split up. Is it the smartest plan? Probably not. Does it always somehow work out? Without fail. Jinkies, Zoinks, and whatever Fred’s catchphrase is you’re covered either way.
